Getting Started with Ruby on Rails
Nathaniel Brown | Vancouver, Canada

Beginning with Ruby, then onto the framework of Ruby on Rails. This course will get you started with Rails from the least common denominator, but will give even 99.9% of the experienced Rails developers one of the most profound undiscovered secrets yet. This course will be a start to finish run down of all the corners of the Rails world, and leave you the knowledge of where you can explore deeper.
Presenter
Nathaniel Brown has been developing web applications for over ten years. Specializing in all forms of web and application, he continues to build web applications that fuel some of the worlds largest organizations and government agencies.
Nathaniel founded Inimit Innovations Inc. in 2003 which is a custom software development firm specializing in Open Source technology. In addition to providing web development solutions, he runs Open Source Events which most recently held the sold-out Canada on Rails conference, being the first Ruby on Rails conference in the world.
Recently Nathaniel released the highly utilized DateBocks library which aids users with an intuitive input for entering in dates.
